The client is a logistics service provider operating across multiple locations, cities, and countries. Their previous system relied on Pipedrive for lead inquiries, but all subsequent processes, such as sending quotations and scheduling shipments, were handled manually.
Business Need
The client needed an automated solution to streamline their logistics process, particularly after receiving lead inquiries. They wanted to reduce manual data entry and improve the efficiency of generating quotations, completing inventory forms, and scheduling shipments.
Proposed Solution
We integrated Pipedrive with a custom software solution that automated the entire lead management and logistics workflow. When a lead inquiry is received in Pipedrive, the data is automatically transferred to the new software. From there, the client can easily gather inventory details for the move from the customer, populate the inventory form, and send quotations to the Moveware software for shipment scheduling. Once the deal is closed, the data is sent to Moveware for the final move, streamlining the entire process.
